3-D Head Plastilina Sculpture Workshop

Demo w/ Ana Holmes
www.anaholmes.com
Saturdays 12pm- 3pm
February 23rd, March 1st, March 8th

This is going to be a 3 week workshop on sculpting the head in plastilina. I will be starting with the skull (Sat., Feb. 23rd) so that we can achieve an understanding of the underlying structure of the head and the bones of the face. Next, we’ll move on to the planes of the face (Sat., March 1st) which will be a helpful demo for both 3 and 2- Dimensional artists as it will simplify and clarify the role that shadow plays in the way we view and depict the face. The final demo will be a realistic face and upper bust  (Sat., March 8th).
Materials List

Head Armature (62034)
Plastilina #1 or #2 (38095, 38098 )
Toggle Clay Cutter (38267)
Modeling Tool Kit (42561, 42562)
